If your hardware fails, Quadratek will get you back up and running.


We’ll diagnose and eliminate any faults in your hardware - by repairing or replacing faulty parts and components.

All you need to do is choose your service level agreement (SLA), which we’ll then customise to your business’s size, needs and budget. You’ll be in control of costs and secure in the knowledge that you’ll avoid expensive repairs.

You’ll also be minimising downtime and service degradation.

Guaranteed response time

Your guaranteed priority response time – which is written into your SLA - is your assurance that you’ll be operational again as soon as possible. In the unlikely event your hardware isn’t immediately fixable, we’ll aim to replace it with our advanced replacement option.

We offer three SLAs. These give you the choice of 1, 4 and 8 hour guaranteed response times and 4, 8 and 16 hour fix times.

What’s covered?

Whichever SLA you opt for, you’ll be covered for:

  • unlimited call-outs
  • on-site repairs to networks, servers, SAN, NAS, printers and other devices
  • UK and European sites

Accidental damage

With our advanced hardware protection, you can also cover your hardware for accidental damage – so your assets will be fully protected against almost all possibilities.
